# My Personal AI Projects and Ventures

Most of what a person can do never shows up on the invoice.

You hire a specialist for a specific job, and the job is what you see. What you don’t see is everything underneath it — the products they’ve shipped, the systems they keep running at 2am, the things they understand because they built them and not because they read about them. I’ve watched a lot of very good people get hired for one narrow slice of what they actually know.

So this is the rest of it. Businesses I’ve built and still run, tools I needed and couldn’t find anywhere, and whatever I’m currently making myself learn. Lately most of it has been AI, because that’s where the problems worth solving are right now. Some are real products with real users. Some are experiments that stayed experiments.

None of this is what a firm hires me for. All of it is why I’m good at what they do hire me for.
