Immigration Lawyer Marketing

Marketing for Immigration Lawyers

I help immigration law firms attract better-qualified clients, build visa-specific acquisition campaigns, and automate the process from the first inquiry to a signed engagement.

The opportunity

Bigger than more immigration leads

An immigration firm can have a full calendar and still struggle to grow the practice it actually wants.

A family-based inquiry, an employer looking for H-1B counsel, and an investor considering EB-5 are not the same opportunity. They have different questions, economics, timelines and reasons for choosing an attorney. Yet many firms send all three through the same campaigns, landing pages and intake.

I look at the whole acquisition system: where qualified prospects come from, which visa services produce the best opportunities, how many consultations become clients, and how many prospects sit in the CRM with no real follow-up. Sometimes the answer is more visibility. Often it is a better landing page, a different paid-search strategy, or a process that stops losing the opportunities you already have.

$5.3B estimated EB-5 inflows, FY2025

USCIS data analyzed by IIUSA shows 6,660 investor petitions filed in FY2025. The market is large; the question is which investors your firm can actually reach and serve.

Why it's different

Why immigration marketing is different

Personal injury marketing is often built around an immediate event: someone is injured and may be looking for an attorney right now.

Immigration is more varied. A person may research options months before engaging counsel. An employer may need an ongoing relationship. An EB-5 prospect may compare investment structures, representation, family considerations and timelines before deciding whether to proceed.

EB-5 also carries real complexity. The current statutory minimums are generally $800,000 for a targeted-employment-area or infrastructure investment and $1,050,000 for a standard investment. Those are investment requirements, not attorney fees, and the legal work involves lawful source and path of funds, qualifying structures and eligibility. A generic Get Your Green Card page cannot address any of it.

The general approach One campaign for every visa

Broad keywords, a generic landing page, every inquiry in one intake queue. Success is reported as leads and cost per lead.

The practice-specific approach Campaigns by client intent

EB-5, E-2, EB-1, NIW and family immigration each get a strategy suited to their audience. Success is qualified consultations, signed clients and revenue by practice area.

A campaign that produces cheap immigration inquiries can be a poor campaign for an EB-5 practice if none of those prospects fit the service.

Your market

Larger than your city

A Miami firm may serve clients in South Florida, investors across Latin America, and people overseas considering U.S. residency. A San Francisco firm may find opportunities among international technology professionals already in the country. A New York firm may draw on international business and financial networks. I would not build the same campaign for all three.

For an EB-5 practice I evaluate domestic and international demand separately: Miami and South Florida, New York, San Francisco and Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Orange County, and other U.S. markets where the firm has a real service or referral advantage, plus international markets such as China, India, Vietnam, South Korea, Taiwan and Latin America where the firm has genuine capability and demand.

The goal is not to advertise everywhere. It is to find where your firm can acquire and serve the right clients profitably. Your acquisition territory is not necessarily your office territory.

What I do

How I help your firm grow

I don't start by selling you an SEO package or raising your ad budget. I start by understanding the immigration services you want to grow, the clients you want to attract, and what happens after someone contacts your firm. Then I connect the marketing, technology and intake around those goals.

SEO & AI search visibility

Visa-specific search around the questions clients actually ask, from EB-5 source-of-funds to E-2 versus EB-5, structured so search and AI discovery understand your attorneys and expertise.

Paid search & Local Services Ads

Campaigns separated by practice area, intent, geography and language, judged on qualified consultations rather than form fills. I can run them or work with your PPC partner.

Websites & conversion

Dedicated landing pages that address the investor's real concerns and establish credibility, without promising approvals, returns or unrealistic timelines.

Intake & CRM optimization

Intake structured around practice area and qualification, with a look at response times, missed calls, scheduling, no-shows and follow-up, so fewer opportunities are lost.

AI & marketing automation

AI and software to route inquiries, create CRM tasks, send approved reminders, flag leads needing follow-up and summarize intake, with human oversight on anything sensitive.

Data, attribution & accountability

Advertising, analytics, call tracking and CRM connected so you can see the path from inquiry to qualified consultation to signed engagement, and the cost of each.

How I work

How I work with your firm

You work with me directly, not through layers of account managers. I keep a limited client portfolio so I stay involved in the strategy, the technology and the improvements that matter. I can work alongside your existing agency, PPC partner or internal team. The objective is not to replace people unnecessarily. It is to make the whole system work better.

  1. 1

    I learn your business

Which immigration services you want to grow, who your ideal clients are, where they come from, and how your firm acquires and handles inquiries today.

  2. 2

I find what's holding growth back

Where opportunities are lost or spend underperforms: search targeting, generic landing pages, unqualified consultations, slow follow-up, disconnected systems.

  3. 3

    I make the right improvements

Rebuilding a campaign, creating an EB-5 landing-page system, improving intake, connecting your CRM, or adding AI automation where it makes sense.

  4. 4

    I measure and refine

Qualified consultations, signed engagements, acquisition cost and per-practice-area performance, used to keep refining the marketing and the process.

Common questions

How is your approach different from a traditional immigration marketing agency?
I combine digital marketing with software engineering, data and automation, and look beyond rankings and lead volume to how your firm acquires, qualifies and signs clients. That lets me fix problems sitting between your advertising, website, intake team and CRM.
Do we need to replace our existing marketing agency?
No. I can work with your existing agency or internal team. If your PPC partner is producing strong results, I would rather connect those campaigns to better landing pages, intake data and conversion reporting than replace what is working.
Can you help us grow our EB-5 practice specifically?
Yes. I can develop a dedicated EB-5 acquisition strategy: market research, paid search, visa-specific landing pages, multilingual opportunities, consultation qualification and CRM follow-up, shaped by whether you serve investors already in the U.S., international investors, direct or regional-center clients, and by your referral relationships and services.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on the starting point and channel. Paid search and landing-page work can produce useful data relatively quickly, while SEO and authority-building take longer. For EB-5 I also account for the time between an inquiry, a qualified consultation and a signed engagement, so a campaign is not judged only on early lead counts.
How do you measure success for an EB-5 campaign?
I set metrics with your firm first: qualified investor inquiries, consultation booking and attendance, signed engagements, cost per signed client, and revenue attributable to marketing. I also track why prospects do not move forward. The investment amount should never be confused with the firm's revenue.
