Services
Law Firm Marketing Services You built your practice. I help you grow it like it’s my own. Search, AI visibility, websites and the systems behind them, with one person accountable from the first click to the signed case.
No account managers, no call center, no rotating team of juniors. Just me, learning your firm, your practice areas, and how you win, then building whatever it takes to bring you more of the cases you want.

What you’re buying
Not services. More of the cases you want.
Every item below is a means to one end. A firm that adds traffic and signs the same number of cases has bought nothing, however good the report looked.
A prospective client searches, lands on a page, decides whether to trust you, makes contact, and either gets answered or doesn’t. That whole path either works or it leaks, and it is usually split across an SEO vendor, a web company and an intake team who each see one piece of it and blame the other two.
I work the path as one system. Which is why the diagnosis comes before the proposal: if your rankings are fine and your intake drops half the calls, more SEO is the expensive way to make the same problem bigger.
What I do
Five services. Each one stands on its own.
Most firms don’t need all five, and buying them together is rarely the right first move. Start with whichever one is costing you the most right now.
-
Law Firm SEO
Get found for the cases you actually want.
Technical foundations, site architecture and practice-area pages built around how people search for a lawyer, then measured against signed cases instead of a keyword count.
- Technical SEO
- Practice-area strategy
- Content
- Authority
- Attribution
-
Local SEO
Win the three map results that sit above everything else.
Google Business Profile, review velocity, citations and location pages, done properly for single and multi-office firms. Ranking a page and ranking a practice are different jobs.
- Google Business Profile
- Map pack
- Reviews
- Multi-office
- Location pages
-
AI Search Optimization
Be the answer when someone asks an assistant instead of a search box.
Content structure, entity signals and pages that answer cleanly enough to be quoted in AI Overviews, AI Mode and ChatGPT search, plus the monitoring to see whether you are actually being cited.
- AI Overviews
- Entity signals
- Answer structure
- Citation monitoring
-
Website Design & Development
A site engineered to convert, not a template dragged into shape.
Custom-built, fast on a phone, and structured so every practice-area page has a job. Optionally agentic, a site that keeps improving its own content and conversions after launch.
- Custom build
- Conversion design
- Core Web Vitals
- Practice-area pages
- Agentic option
-
WordPress Development
Keep WordPress. Lose the slow, fragile parts.
Custom themes and blocks, performance and security work, and rescue jobs on sites assembled by a page-builder. Written by a software engineer, so the fix gets implemented rather than recommended.
- Custom themes
- Performance
- Security
- Plugin rescue
- Migrations

Not sure which one you need?
Most firms arrive with a problem, not a service. There’s a short list further down that matches one to the other, or tell me the problem and I’ll do it for you.
Also part of the work
- Lead intake & follow-up Instant response, routing and structured follow-up wired into your CRM, so no enquiry waits until Monday.
- Tracking & attribution Call tracking, form attribution and reporting wired so you can see which marketing produced which signed case.
- AI automation Custom agents for qualification, document handling and the repetitive admin that quietly eats a small firm’s week.
Branding and design come along with the website work rather than being sold on their own. If you need identity work in isolation, say so and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it.
Who I work with
Law firms. Not every industry with a website.
Solo, boutique and mid-size firms, single or multi-office, based in South Florida and working with firms across the country. The strategy changes by practice area, because a worried accident victim and an EB-5 investor search nothing alike.
-
Personal Injury Lawyers
The most competitive legal market there is, and the one where intake decides the result. Truck accidents, catastrophic injury and wrongful death each need their own play, a missed call is a lost case you already paid to generate.
-
Medical Malpractice Lawyers
A slower, more specialised decision. Prospective clients research surgical errors, birth injuries and delayed diagnoses for weeks before they call, so the content has to demonstrate real legal understanding without making claims it can’t support.
-
Immigration & EB-5 Lawyers
National and international search, several languages and a long decision cycle. An EB-5 investor searches nothing like a local injury client, so the strategy runs on investor education and pages built to qualify the right prospect.
-
Other Practice Areas
Family law, bankruptcy, criminal defense, estate planning and tax resolution, where the right mix of visibility, conversion and business systems still creates real growth. The strategy starts from the client you want, not a keyword list.
A good fit if
- You’re a solo, boutique or mid-size firm, and the owner is in the room when decisions get made.
- You want one person accountable end to end, not a junior team behind an account manager.
- You’ll let marketing touch intake. Most of the lost cases are there, not in the rankings.
- You can wait six to twelve months for competitive rankings while the conversion work pays earlier.
Probably not, if
- You’re shopping for the cheapest monthly retainer on the table.
- You want guaranteed page-one positions or a promised number of cases. Nobody can sell you those honestly.
- Nobody at the firm can answer a lead within the hour, and nobody intends to change that.
- You need a 40-person agency with a round-the-clock account team. That’s a real requirement, it just isn’t me.
One firm per practice area, per market. Two firms chasing the same cases can’t both be my priority, so I don’t take the second one.
Where to start
Find your problem, not a service.
If more than one of these is true, start with whichever costs you a case soonest. That is almost always the one closest to the phone.
- “Nobody finds us on Google.” Law Firm SEO
- “We’re invisible on the map, and our competitors aren’t.” Local SEO
- “ChatGPT recommends other firms, not ours.” AI Search Optimization
- “Our site is dated and it doesn’t convert.” Website Design & Development
- “Our WordPress site is slow, fragile or broken.” WordPress Development
- “We lose leads after hours and over weekends.” Intake & follow-up
- “We can’t tell which marketing produced which case.” Tracking & attribution
How I work
Diagnose first. Recommend second.
The same four steps whether you hire me for one service or all of them. The first two happen before you’ve spent anything.
-
Start with the business, not the channel
What a signed case is worth to your firm, which practice areas you want more of, which markets you serve, and what your current marketing actually produces. I want to see the numbers before I recommend anything.
-
You get the diagnosis before the proposal
Where the cases are leaking, whether that is visibility, the website, intake, or follow-up. It is regularly not the thing the firm came in about, and I would rather tell you that than sell you the service you asked for.
-
I do the work
I build and run it, and bring in a specialist where a job genuinely needs one. There is no handoff to a junior team and no account manager relaying your notes to someone you never speak to.
-
Report against one question
What did we spend, and what did it sign. Visibility and lead volume matter on the way there, but they are not the answer. Where the data can’t support a claim, I say so instead of filling the slide.
No packages, straight answers
Tell me what’s costing you cases.
Your practice area, the marketing you’re running now, and what it’s actually producing. I’ll tell you where the cases are leaking and what I’d fix first, whether or not you hire me to do it.

Questions firms ask
Straight answers, including the limits.
Do you only work with law firms?
Law firms are the focus, and deliberately so, the intake problem, the practice-area structure and the way people search for a lawyer are specific enough to be worth specialising in. I also take technical and white-label work from agencies, and a small number of service businesses that win or lose on lead response time.
Can I hire you for one service, or is it all or nothing?
One is fine. Each of these is worth doing on its own, and most firms shouldn’t buy all of them at once. If the thing you asked for isn’t the thing costing you cases, I’ll say that before you spend on it.
What does it cost?
It depends on the market you’re competing in and the state of what you already have, so there is no package price on this page and no “starting at” figure that would survive contact with your actual situation. Engagements run as a defined project, a monthly retainer, or a project followed by a retainer. You’ll get a number after we’ve talked, not before.
Do you work with firms outside Florida?
Yes. I’m in Boca Raton and a good share of the work is Florida, but none of it requires me to be in your office. Local SEO is location-specific work, not location-bound work, the map pack in Dallas is optimised from the same desk as the one in Fort Lauderdale.
Would you take on a firm that competes with mine?
Not in the same practice area and the same market. Two firms chasing the same cases can’t both be my priority, and pretending otherwise is how agencies end up bidding against their own clients.
Who actually does the work?
I do. When a job needs a specialist, say a videographer or a particular kind of content writer, I bring one in and stay accountable for the result. You are not being sold a senior name and handed a junior.
Let’s talk
Still not sure which one you need?
Then let’s just talk.
Tell me what’s standing between your firm and more cases. You’ll get an honest read on which of these would move the needle, or whether none of them would, from the person who would actually do the work.
